This role is based out of the Loveland, Colorado office and offers a hybrid work arrangement. The target pay range for this position is $130,180 - $145,000 annually. At Antech, compensation decisions are based on factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training, and budget considerations

Job Purpose/Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Software Lead to drive the Product Health Development (Azure Cloud/.NET and React) efforts within our software organization. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and ongoing evolution of our products through bug fixes, escalation support, and minor enhancements. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams across Europe, India, and the US and collaborate closely with engineering, support, and product teams to maintain high product performance and customer satisfaction

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership & Coordination

• Act as the technical lead for all Product Health Development initiatives, ensuring that escalations, fixes, and enhancements are handled efficiently

• Coordinate and guide geographically distributed teams (Europe, India, and the US), ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and handoffs between regions.

• Define and prioritize tasks, ensuring delivery timelines align with business and technical goals.

Bug Fixes & Escalation Management

• Oversee the resolution of critical product issues and bugs in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on customers.

• Manage and support escalations from field teams, providing technical guidance to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Collaborate with the product support, development, and testing teams to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.

Minor Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for product improvement and minor feature enhancements that improve system stability and user satisfaction.

• Work with product management to define, plan, and deliver incremental updates and enhancements.

• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and scalability.

Technical Leadership

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers working on product health initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, bug tracking, version control, and deployment.

• Lead initiatives to improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to detect and respond to issues faster.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, support, quality assurance, and product management to align on priorities and problem resolution strategies.

• Act as the key interface between engineering and field/customer teams, ensuring smooth information flow and resolution.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

• Strong experience in .NET, Reach, React Native, and/or Angular 2+ is required. • Experience with cloud services such as Azure and AngularJS is a plus.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in diverse geographies.

• Strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration & Cross-Cultural Experience

• Experience working with teams across different time zones and cultures.

• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, balancing urgency and long-term objectives.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required, up to 10% of the time, for training or team collaboration.

Working Conditions

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with
hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to
sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
